Luca is a mental health screening tool for elite athletes.
It’s totally free of charge if your team is a partner of ours.It uses medically approved methodologies for screening the mental health of athletes and is best in class.
The screening for most people will take roughly 90 seconds, but it might take up to 5 minutes depending on your responses to the first few questions.
In addition to the screening tool, the app includes features such as ‘refer a friend’, if you notice one of your peers is struggling but don’t want to bring it up with them directly.
If you refer somebody, one of Luca’s independent psychologists will reach out to check in on them..
In addition, you can request to speak with a psychologist, speak with somebody immediately, as well as leave anonymised feedback to the coaches, medics and management of your team.
